This site is operated by Ohjelmistopalvelut J. Kyrö, a sole trader registered in Finland, business ID (Y-tunnus) 3219378-3, who is the data controller for anything described below.

What is collected

Very little. This site has no user accounts and stores no server side session data. The only personal data collected is the email address you give at checkout, so your guide can be delivered to you, plus basic, non identifying visit statistics if Cloudflare Web Analytics is running on the site.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand visitor traffic and which links are used, such as the guide download button. Google Analytics only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. Google acts as a data processor for any analytics data collected, and has its own privacy policy covering how it handles that data.

Who processes it

Checkout and the email address you provide at checkout are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record and payment processor. Lemon Squeezy has its own privacy policy covering how it handles that data.

How long it is kept

This site does not hold your email address itself, it is held by Lemon Squeezy for as long as needed to process your order, handle re-downloads and meet its own legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting Lemon Squeezy directly for anything related to a purchase, or by emailing hello@laplanditinerary.com for anything else.
