Who you are buying from

What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital PDF travel guide, delivered by email as a downloadable file. There is no physical item and no subscription, each guide is a single, one time purchase. Prices are shown in euros, including VAT where it applies, on each guide's own page.

Payment and VAT

Checkout, payment processing and VAT for every product on this site are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects and remits VAT on digital goods, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery

After payment, Lemon Squeezy sends a download link to the email address you provide at checkout. Access through that link is limited, so download the PDF and save it to your device as soon as you receive it.

Your rights

As a consumer buying from within the EU, you have rights under Finnish and EU consumer protection law, including the right to a product that matches its description. Because these are instant download digital products, the fourteen day right of withdrawal that applies to physical goods does not apply once you have downloaded the file and agreed to immediate delivery at checkout.
