Digital downloads cannot be refunded for change of mind once the file has been downloaded. This is why the full contents of every guide are listed on its page before you buy, so you can see exactly what is included.

If the file does not arrive, will not open, or is not what the page described, email hello@laplanditinerary.com and it will be sorted out.
